Still Point I is here
My first solo piano record, Still Point I, is out.
Recorded late one night, Still Point I is a piano improvisation, one stream of consciousness suspended in time in the weeks before the birth of my daughter. The music was written to give my partner Rose a warm, intimate world she could carry with her through her pregnancy. Our daughter was born in April, and this is the first music she ever heard.
It's out now on all streaming platforms and on Bandcamp.
It gave me space to breathe. I hope it does the same for you.
